I started making candles over ten years ago when I thought they’d make great wedding favours. Spoiler alert: they were hard. We handed out red pepper jelly instead — and I’ve been chasing the perfect pour ever since.
What began as a creative hobby between babies turned into a full-blown candle obsession. Once I could no longer tolerate the headache-inducing big-box candles, I started experimenting, perfecting, and eventually selling my own — and somehow, here we are.
Every candle I pour is designed to do two things: smell incredible and make you feel something — even if it’s just, “Wow, my house smells expensive.”
I believe scent is memory. The cozy night in. The drive with the windows down. The laughter that still lingers long after the guests are gone. That’s why I keep things small-batch and personal — no mass production, no filler, just thoughtfully crafted candles made in Georgina, Ontario.
Mrs. Frizz & Co. is my love letter to the everyday moments that make a house feel like home — poured by hand, inspired by life, and built with a little help (and a lot of motivation) from my three girls and incredibly supportive husband.

What started with my daughter Harper’s story grew into something bigger: a way to give back, one candle at a time. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, made with care, purpose, and a whole lot of gratitude for the community that’s cheered us on (and cheered us up) from day one.
